What I love about singing is that whenever I minister in songs, it bless and save lives, all to the glory of God.

I am currently a student of the MUSON School of Music. Hope to pursue a Music Course in the University pretty soon.

No one.
What regrets do you have (if any)?
I don’t have any regrets in life because I see any challenge or any situation in my life as a stepping stone or ladder to my greatness in life. In my mess, I see a message and in my test I see a testimony
You released your music album recently, what is your favourite song in your album?
My favourite song is Anu Oluwa. It means God’s mercy. God has been merciful to me. It’s been said in the Scriptures that it is by His mercy that we are not consumed (Lam. 3:23) So I don’t take God’s mercy for granted over every areas of my life, my family and all my loved ones. God has been keeping us by His mercy.
Did you write all the songs in the album
Yes, I did by the inspiration of the Almighty God.
What messages are you using your music to pass across?
Message of salvation, hope, encouragement and of healing.
As A Believer in the New Nigeria, what are your perspectives about the New Nigeria and Nigerians in the next 10 years?
I see a radical change happening in our country . In the next 10 years, I can see new roads, schools and I can see our governments investing positively in the lives of every Nigerians. Our economy is also destined for greater heights in years to come. There is definitely a drastic change in the horizon.
Nigeria is one of the countries tagged as “419ers,” what advice do you have for the Nigerian Government to curb the menace and alternative ways for the Nigerian youths
My advice to the government is that they should invest in the lives of the youths. No one wants to do crime but there are prevailing situations pushing a lot of our youths into cases like Yahoo Yahoo and some other vices. When there are jobs provided, people will detest crimes. I want the youths also to look inward, look within themselves and see what they can do for themselves rather than waiting for the government. Personal responsibility is the key to development.
What advice do you have for African youths looking to engage their passions
Persistence is the key word here. They need to persist in what they are doing. They also need to believe that their passions can take them to greater heights in life with a lot of hardwork and persistence. They also need to put their absolute trust in god because it is Him that can lift man up. He is the only one that can help you become whatever you want to become in life.
Your advice to the youths
Be focused in life. Don’t be distracted by things around you. Set a goal of what you want to become in life and pursue it with all your might.
Believe in your dreams and watch the company you keep because the company you keep will either make or mar your destiny.

Nice interview Mutiu.
I am so so happy that Tope is living her dreams. She is a good example of what vision and sticking to one’s dreams can bring.
I must get a copy of the CD when I come around in some week’s time.
Congratulations again!
